He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sydney Juan (Carmack) Wagner, daughter, Wendy (Wagner) Humphries (Michael), Midland, TX, son, Shelton Allen Wagner, Jr. He was preceded by his parents, Kenneth Adolph Wagner and Eleanor Dillard (Vance) Wagner.
